Bending and forming of steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheets using innovative laser and bending technology. Laser cutting and bending up to 4000 mm in length, processing of a wide range of sheet thicknesses, including thin sheet, with precision and a pressing force of up to 320 tonnes.

We use state-of-the-art bending and machine technology for this, as it enables us to process sheets of various thicknesses and material types with precision.

Our high-performance press brakes can handle processing lengths of up to 4,000 mm with a pressing force of up to 320 tonnes.

Our machines offer the best conditions because the machine manufacturer is constantly refining its bending technology. A key advantage of using LVD press brakes is the high-performance software employed. The software applications make a decisive contribution to a better workflow, as sources of error are detected during production and minimised almost automatically. This leads to efficient production and optimum quality.

Easy-Form
Real-time bending correction

‘Easy-Form’ is an integrated, patented and adaptive angle correction system that enables precise angles to be achieved in real time (without springback measurement!). Through offline programming, we can calculate the exact cut-outs in advance, depending on the tools. This means that as soon as an angle setting is incorrect, it is automatically detected and corrected in real time.

In addition, we work with a “Toolcell” press. This also features the “Easy-Form” angle monitoring system. It is a hydraulic multi-axis press brake with an integrated, automatic tool changer.

This machine is perfectly suited to bending tasks involving a wide product mix and complex workpieces. The tool changer has a large tool magazine, enabling the machine to be changed over particularly quickly and fully automatically.

The press brakes communicate with our ERP software. They can report production and machine data to the in-house ERP system, Octoflex ERP, in real time.
