We’ll adapt to your schedule and are happy to be flexible. If something comes up and you let us know in good time, cancelling is no problem. It’s important that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can react and reschedule. Sometimes an appointment has to be cancelled, for example if the weather isn’t on our side. We’ll, of course, arrange an alternative date with you straight away.

We make enquiries at an early stage about the local conditions at the installation site and assist you with any questions regarding permits or safety measures for the construction site. It goes without saying that we will coordinate with any other service providers you have engaged.

Plant and machinery require regular maintenance, and repairs and spare parts may be needed from time to time. Our customers enter into flexible, bespoke agreements with us regarding our ongoing collaboration. We usually clarify these requirements at an early stage, whilst preparing quotations and orders.

However, even if you need advice or assistance following the completion of an order, we are happy to assist you.

By the way: We would be delighted if you would allow us to take photos of our installed products at your construction site – such as railings, staircases and balconies – so that we can use them as references. We are also very keen to connect with our business partners and customers on social media to showcase our successful collaboration.
