Stop Log (DIN 19569 Part 4)

The frane of the stop log consists of a u-shaped profile, and a sill flush with channel bottom. The Execution is according to static requirements. The 3-face sealing can be exchanged, all surfaces are shot-blasted.

Tender specification:
Stop log according to DIN 19569 part 4, Frame for grouting into existing recess according to DIN 19556 or for dowel-mounting according to DIN 18202, 3-face seal with flush invert, rectangular conduit W x H.

Type 1: for grouting into an existing recess according to DIN 19556,
Type 2: for dowel-mounting into a channel according to DIN 18202 (reduction of cross-sectional area),
Type 3: for dowel-mounting in front of a channel according to DIN 18202.

Design features:
U-shaped frame, sill flush with channel bottom, stop logs made of AW 6082 T6 (AIMg Si 1.0 F28) according to static requirements, with exchangeable profile seal, machined stainless steel surfaces shot-blasted. Pressing fixture for dam position and leverage device for operation are supplied if required.

Options:
Stoplogs can be built of stainless steel or aluminium; aluminium stoplogs can also be produced anodised or coated.
