Flap Valve

Our stainless steel flap valves are available in various designs in accordance with DIN standards and are suitable for a wide range of installation scenarios. Alternatively, we also offer a PE flap valve, type: GW-RDD PE.

The glass bead-blasted stainless steel fitting is designed for bolting, flanging or sliding into place and can be fitted with various options. As a rule, the standard products can withstand a pressure load on the front face of 6 m WS (water column).

GW-RDD

Flap valve for dowel-mounting incl. fasteners

Tender specification:

Flap valve with flat disc according to DIN 19569 part 4, 4-face seal with circular conduit DN or square
conduit W x H (RBH).

Design features:

Welded design. Flat disc designed according to the given static conditions, rollover-proof, replaceable
contour seal, all machined surfaces of stainless steel shot blasted, assembling by means of anchor
bolting incl. fasteners made of stainless steel SS A4. The permissible pressure load of the valve is 6
mWC on-seating.

GW-RFD

Flap valve for mounting onto an existing flange according to DIN EN 1092-2 PN 10

Tender specification:

Flap valve with flat disc according to DIN 19569 part 4, 4-face seal with circular conduit DN or square
conduit W x H (RBH).

Design features:

Welded design. Flat disc designed according to the given static conditions, rollover-proof, replaceable
contour seal, all machined surfaces of stainless steel shot blasted, for mounting onto an existing flange. The permissible pressure load of the valve is 6 mWC on-seating.

Schweißkonstruktion. Flacher Deckel nach statischer Anforderung, überschlagsicher, mit auswechselbarer Profildichtung, bearbeitete Edelstahloberflächen glasperlgestrahlt, Armatur zum Einschieben in ein vorhandenes Rohr. Die zulässige Druckbeanspruchung der Standardrückstauklappe beträgt auf der Vorderseite 6 m Wassersäule.
