Telescopic Bellmouth

Suitable for assembling on existing flange according to DIN EN 1092-2 PN 10 (DIN 2501 PN 10).

Design features:

The telescopic bellmouth is designed to control the flow or to remove floating sludge. It consists of a standpipe and an inner tube (sword tube) with an interchangeable contour seal. Drive assembled on headstock with spindle incl. spindle protective tube and roller bearing. All machined surfaces of stainless steel are shot blasted.


Tilting Weir

Design features:

Welded design. Weir plate with sealing hinged (exchangeable) to the floor. Side frame, also available electrically heated, assembled by means of anchor bolts at channel walls. Actuator with spindle and protective tube, roller bearing, all machined surfaces of stainless steel shot blasted, including fasteners made of stainless steel SS A4. Execution with flush invert is possible (depends on construction).

Lamella Channel Penstock

Penstock according to DIN 19569-4 for dowel-mounting acc. to DIN 18202, 3-face seal, actuator on crossbar with hand wheel, channel width 1.600 mm, channel depth 2.500 mm, installation depth: 3.500 mm. Excution as Lamella Channel Penstock (individual height H= 250 mm) with height of a single opening of L= 100 mm per lamella. Frame with flush invert for dowel mounting acc. to DIN 18202, torque ca. 180 Nm at full water pressure of 2.0 m. Alternative executions: on request.
